Bike Wise 2009
|
| |
During February 2009 there were different events across Nelson and Tasman to celebrate Bike Wise month. Hundreds of cyclists turned up for the Richmond and Takaka Family Fun Rides. Unfortunately the Motueka Family Fun Ride was cancelled so it will now take place on Saturday 23 May at 10.00 am. Murchison Area School had their own Go by Bike day. The day started at the school with breakfast and then a cycle at morning break to the Riverview Holiday Park for a short ride and then back to school with a full police escort.
