Stick it on your head!
Cycle helmets are made for your protection so stick it on your head!
It's good to learn how to fit your helmet properly.

Helmet Fitting
The helmet should fit square on your head with the strap clips just beneath your ear.

Don't tilt the helmet too far back that it shows your forehead.

Don't tilt the helmet too far forward that it covers your eyes.

Don't tilt to either side so it uncovers one side of your head.

Don't wear a cap under the helmet as it affects the fit on your head.

What to check before you ride
Before you get on your bike, make sure these four important point have been checked:

  • Are you wearing bright clothing and reflective gear?
  • Does your helmet fit properly and is it in good order?
  • Are the tyres pumped up?
  • Are the front and rear brakes working properly?

  •
